A MESSAGE TO OUR GUESTS

COVID-19 MESSAGE ON BEHALF OF PORT OF THE ISLANDS RESORT

Our team at Port of the Islands is continuing to monitor updates provided by the World Health Organization, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Florida Department of Health. In response to the unique circumstances of COVID-19 and our continued commitment to serve our guests with genuine hospitality, we are taking proactive measures based on the recommendations of governments, public health authorities and medical professionals as the health and well-being of our guests and team members is our highest priority. By order of Collier County mandate, all persons over the age of 9 are to wear a mask or face covering when inside public spaces and businesses.

The following services and amenities have been temporarily modified for guest arrivals. 

Housekeeping services have been temporarily suspended.

- Continental breakfast has been suspended at this time.

- Angler's Cove Restaurant will be closed through August 31.

FLEXIBLE RESERVATION POLICY

We are temporarily adjusting our reservation policy to allow more flexibility when booking. You should have confidence and peace of mind in knowing if your travel plans change abruptly, we will provide flexibility to allow changes and modifications to your reservation. View the details here.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS

We take great pride in our cleanliness standards at Port of the Islands and are taking additional precautionary measures to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. These additional measures include:

- Our housekeeping teams spending extra time sanitizing high traffic areas including but not limited to hallways, elevators and common area doors.

- Continuing to use only commercial-grade cleaning and disinfecting products manufactured by Ecolab or Proctor & Gamble that are known to kill coronavirus and other bacteria on surfaces.

- Our guest services teams disinfecting our guest services areas at a minimum of once an hour.

- Continuing to educate our team members on how to stay healthy, and communicating resources available through our internal newsletter.

- Encouraging any team members that might feel under the weather to stay home.
