NO BOOKING FEES
There are many travel sites that silently charge a booking
fee for every room reservation made, some as high as $40 per
booking. SunStream Hotels & Resorts does not charge
any booking fees for making room reservations directly with
us.
- A one-night deposit is required when making your
reservation. Full payment is required at departure.
- Cancel up to three days prior to arrival: a full
refund will be processed.
- Cancel within three days of arrival: a one-night
penalty applies.
- Check-in is 3 p.m.
- Check-out is 10 a.m.
- Maximum occupancy is two adults in our studios and
cottage suites.
- All rates are subject to change without notice.
- Prevailing state and county taxes, gratuities,
recreational fees, phone charges, and incidentals not
included in rate.
- Please make prior arrangements for your pets'
boarding as pets are not permitted at the resort.
NO RESORT FEES
Many resorts charge guests an additional resort fee as
high as $20 per person, per room for each night of the
stay. SunStream Hotels & Resorts does not charge
its guests mandatory resort specific fees.

front desk is open until 5 p.m. Sunday - Wednesday and
until 9 p.m. Thursday - Saturday.

For your stay, we
will note any special requests on your reservation, and
we will make every effort to honor those requests.
Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Rates are based on double occupancy; additional guests
are $10 per night.

Young adults between
the ages of 18 - 24 must be accompanied by a chaperone
over 35 years of age.
